Superannuation:

  • All continuing and fixed-term employees where the period of appointment is two years or more are entitled to receive employer contributions to their UniSuper account at the rate of 17% of their superannuable salary. Employees on contracts of less than 2 years or on casual or temporary arrangements are entitled to an employee superannuation contribution as specified in the Superannuation Guarantee Legislation.

Campus

  • Charles Darwin University's Casuarina campus, in the northern suburbs of Darwin, is located about 12 km from the city centre. It is set in 56 hectares of parkland, near an unspoilt beach and on a major bus route.
  • Charles Darwin University’s Waterfront campus is located in the heart of Darwin waterfront precinct amongst some of the best restaurants and hotels.
  • Palmerston campus is set in tropical bush land within walking distance of Palmerston city centre. Its man-made lake is a lure for bird life and contributes to the relaxed atmosphere of the university grounds.
  • CDU also has campuses in Alice Springs, Katherine, Sydney, Tennant Creek, Jabiru, Melbourne and Yulara.
