About the Position
As Sales and Programming Coordinator, you will support the activities of the Sales, Programming and Traffic departments at Territory FM. 

Assistance to the Sales team will be delivered by supporting administrative activities, including appointment setting, creating proposals and supporting the sales process through to the traffic department by providing creative scripting, finalising audio for importing and other related tasks.

Programming and Traffic support will be provided by helping with creative content, marketing information and promotional deliverables, as well as maintaining the audio archive systems and supporting the on-air programming team with podcasting and website uploads.


About You
To be successful, you will possess:

  • A degree in communications, marketing, information technology or related field, and/or relevant experience working in a media related field such as television or radio
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, take ownership of issues and provide positive outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in the MS Office suite
