Contribute to the development of innovative, agile and engaging higher education products for diverse student cohorts and delivery modes.

We are a new world university. Like our namesake, Charles Darwin, we think differently. We innovate, embrace change, challenge conventions and look for better ways. We’re not about tradition or legacy, privilege or exclusivity. We care about people as individuals, and about our wider society. We’re about what we can give to the world, rather than what we take. We cannot build a new world without diversity of thought, so we bring together people with unique perspectives in an inclusive and supporting learning environment to help them connect, discover and grow. This is the CDU difference.

As Product Specialist – Higher Education (HE), you will support the design, development and delivery of HE courses and units for different delivery locations, student cohorts and modes of delivery. Your support and advice will shape the development of innovative, agile and engaging teaching and learning products which cater for face-to-face, blended, flexible, online and work-based learning experiences.

Working collaboratively with designers and specialist staff across the Education Strategy portfolio and fostering the co-design model where HE products are developed using input and feedback from students, industry and other stakeholders will require advanced interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to strengthening rapport and relationships with colleagues.

You will hold a relevant postgraduate qualification and knowledge and training in HE product development and teaching, and will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of educational compliance, standards and regulatory requirements.
