About the position
As an Intensive Course Coordinator, you will coordinate intensive courses, short courses and study tour business operations in the College of Indigenous Futures, Education and the Arts. Providing high-level project management, systems planning, administrative and financial support to the Dean and College Manager, you’ll be involved in developing and implementing an innovative and sustainable program and will work with external partners and academics to promote opportunities.
About you
To be successful you will possess:
- A degree with subsequent relevant experience in a field aligned to the activities of the role or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education and/or training.
- Organisational, project planning and management skills from the start of each course or activity with strong evaluation capabilities at the conclusion.
- Proven research, analytical and numerical skills of a high standard including a demonstrated high level of digital literacy skills in Microsoft Office Suite and particularly Microsoft Excel to evaluate trends and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrated high level of understanding of financial systems including budgeting, invoicing, tracking and reporting of expenditure from commencement to conclusion of each activity.
- Demonstrated effective administration duties to a high level of competence, with attention to all details, managing competing tasks and timeframes and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to write business proposals and reports for new and current activities and communicate with internal and stakeholders in writing and orally.
- Excellent oral communication and cross-cultural skills and demonstrated commitment to contributing to the highest quality of customer service particularly in engagement, negotiation and problem solving.
